Qualifications or Performance：1. Legal representative's power of attorney; 2, have independent legal person qualification (provide legal effective business license original scanning parts, the original for future reference); 3, if the bidder is investment products manufacturing enterprises to provide "medical device manufacturing enterprise license", and the production scope includes the product; if the bidder is investment products agents or authorized suppliers to provide "medical equipment business enterprise licence", and the business scope includes the product; 4, to provide investment products "medical device registration (for the record) scan card" copy of the original reference (opening, the certificate should be valid; if not within the validity period, you will need to provide the credit and investment products in the period of validity of the certificate of the food and Drug Administration issued documents); 5.
